sleeping in seattle

last weekend i went to seattle! almost missed the plane ok the PA system was calling out my name! nonetheless after a 1.5 hr flight on virgin airlines i've reached seattle!!! rest of the guys are going to canada but me vidit and tianglim were stuck in seattle because we not singaporean and need to apply visa! i forgot to bring my camera so everything here is taken on my iphone 3G (a newer iphone 3Gs is out btw zzz)

starbucks originated from seattle! this is the flag ship store! see even the logo is different!

farmer's market across the street!

this is the popular pike place fish market where the people throw fish arnd! always quoted in motivation talks and vides! Alot of people crowding to watch the fish throwing but nobody buying fish actually hahaha

after that we went to the underground tour in seattle! when we were there it was exactly 120 years since the great seattle fire took place on June 6 1889 !

A Good Soldier

haha i like the way he preaches and how he breaks away from the stereotype of christian men being nua and just "nice" but instead we should be soldiers that will hold our ground and stand up for our beliefs.

we din stay in a hotel! we couch surfed! www.couchsurfing.org basically u use the website to see who is opening their house for couch surf and you get to stay at their place for free!! totally based on trust...i wonder the feasibility of this in singapore...the guy that hosted us is Will (the guy playing the drums while i am the guitar hero). He is a model ok girls please hold on to your saliva...he super nice la bring us around seattle and introduced me to ROCK BAND totally addicted to it now seriously considering getting one for my household...
